About Telios

We believe that there is a perfect solution to every construction project.  This ‘ideal solution’ is driven by setting, aesthetic, cost and client.  Two different clients, given the same house, will envision entirely different kitchens, or patios, or color palettes.

About Charles

Charles' Self PortraitI am a life-long fixer and tinkerer.  I took apart my big brother’s watch at 7, the family piano at 12, and the family car at 16 (the watch didn’t survive the episode, and the car has since passed, but the piano is still filling my mother’s house with the banging of her grandchildren).

My carpentry career started in my late teens, building decks and fences in junior college.  My 20’s were spent in Baltimore, where I bought my first house and had the good fortune to live next to an old-time carpenter.  What started as free advice from the neighbor evolved into an apprenticeship for which I will be forever grateful.  Sonny was a true Master Carpenter, with a bottomless bag of old-fashioned tools and tricks.

My 30’s saw my return to Seattle where I worked for a few contractors part-time, and eventually hung out my own shingle.  My work load has evolved from service work, and punch-list pick up work, to full-service general contracting.

Testimonials

My experience with 206FIX has been great.  They have done two significant whole-house remodels and one bathroom remodel for me and I couldn’t be happier.  The quality of workmanship has been excellent in every regard.  The principal, Charles, is honest, hard-working and smart.  His pricing is fair and his customer service skills are excellent.  I’d work with him again in a heartbeat.
