Lane Street Mod

This Leed-Certified Modular home incorporated grey-water recycling and rainwater harvesting. The Kitchen and millwork were installed on-site utilizing Paperstone counters, flat-packed cabinetry, and ACX ply floors.

West Seattle Kitchen update

This luxury home received extensive alterations to the entertainment space. Significant structural modifications were required for removing a common wall and relocating a load bearing column which allowed greater connectivity between the dining and kitchen.

Wallingford Stairs

Mercer Condo

This 17ft custom cabinet system houses an entertainment center, speakers, storage and a fireplace. The cold-rolled steel skin was finished with paste wax, providing a great tactile finish which will allow for a patina to develop with time.
